Another MVP of this could simply be "Name Your Marketplace: Cabrio Properties" (This Will Be Shown On Your Public Profile) as opposed to going into logo photo uploads and photos right away.

Timers: Set Timers on Seller Account for Properties
Ex. On X Date Make Spots Public (Vs. Tenant Only - Dev also Req'd for this)
